Helen Banks: I certainly feel that providers looking at this will consider very carefully how the information was provided to the consumer—potential account holder—in the first place. Our members are particularly used to doing that under the terms of existing regulations, FSA requirements and so on. I did not think that that was a particular issue. The rules are there and the accounts will be provided in accordance with those rules.
