The Minister said what he needed to say before I had had time to consider whether it was a point of order or not. In fact, it was not; it was a point of information, but I am sure that the Chair and members of the Committee are grateful to him. In case I forget to say this at the end of the sitting, I shall say now that I hope that all hon. Members have a restful and enjoyable recess with their families.
