I thank the hon. Gentleman for that remark. If a problem emerges, everyone says that it should be given to the NPIA, which—under Chief Constable Peter Neyroud who runs it—works exceptionally hard. Sometimes it is criticised because it goes into difficult areas. It is good that he congratulates it and I join him in doing so.
