Let me help the hon. Gentleman. I am, naturally, prepared to allow a vote on the lead amendment, but the other two amendments in the group are down only for debate, not a decision. Of course, should he wish to bring forward one of the other amendments over the lead amendment, I would grant him a Division on that.
