We drift no more. Certainly, in answer to the hon. Member for Newbury, a lot of people in Cornwall see the Isles of Scilly as England beyond Cornwall. I am sure that they are quite content with their arrangements, but I would leave it to them to define and decide their own identity. I would be interested in the Minister’s response to the questions that have been raised.
