I do not want to be drawn into commenting on specific examples and giving rulings on them. I want to rest on the fact that we believe that what we are doing is compliant with EU law. Having heard what the hon. Gentleman says with regard to industry’s concerns about the treatment, I will see whether I can clarify matters, whether through correspondence or other routes.
