It is 140,000, not 114,000. I have some anecdotes. I was speaking to an accountant recently who told me that his colleagues who work as liquidators appear to be less busy this year than they were last year. He believes that it is because HMRC’s time-to-pay arrangements, introduced around the time of the pre-Budget report, are extremely helpful in enabling some companies which would not otherwise have done so to get through a very difficult period. That is not about this relief, but it is about the related measure that we put in place in the pre-Budget report.
