I thank the Minister for that. That implies an approach in the Bill similar to that taken elsewhere to positive action. It is okay to target particular groups of people in a positive way, but denigrating them or running them down is not. On that basis, and having had that clear instruction and reaction from the Minister, I beg to ask leave to withdraw the amendment.
