Do you have any thoughts on how you can reconcile two discriminations with very different burdens of proof? The word that you used there of “consistency” is important because then everyone knows exactly where they stand. Trying to ensure that there is not a dumbing down of the standards of proof, which does not help anyone, is something that will have to be addressed. Have you thought about how we might address that?
