Just for the record, will the Minister note that certainly in my time as a Minister in the Department for Education, I was aware of a limited data-sharing exercise that was available at that time, which was in relation to dealing with criminality and fraud? So it is by no means unprecedented, and it is no part of our arguments to suggest that it is.
