In his introductory remarks, the hon. Member for Cambridge was painting the clause as a great plot. However, his argument is now much more to the point. It is about how we undertake the appropriate use of data. Does he accept that it is all about making the right judgments according to the right principles, and the importance of the code of conduct applying in all cases?
