I should have said this at the beginning, so, before we move on, I remind hon. Members and witnesses that we are bound by the internal knives that the Committee agreed under Mr. Cooks chairmanship this morning. That means that this evidence session must finish at 5.30 pm, the second at 6.15 pm and the third at 6.55 pm, because there will be a vote in the House at 7 pm. I hope that I do not have to interrupt anybody mid-sentence, but if I have to I will.
