You are trying to get a handle on what is going on in a highly socially deprived ward, but getting that information isfor perhaps legitimate data protection reasonsa real problem. There is an enormous reluctance to focus in on some of those vulnerable families that are significantly benefit-dependentyou need to look at and share the data on them to find the solutions.
