Surely, the right hon. Gentleman should be jumping up to welcome the fact that we recognise the desire to protect the calculations in relation to Crossrail that he was so concerned about. He should reflect on the fact that this is a means of achieving both that and the degree of consistency that he has been urging upon us with the Crossrail Bill.
