Welcome. I have seen the CBI’s broad submission on these issues. We know that the idea of the business rate supplement had some of its germination in the Lyons report, which talks about an appetite for greater engagement with local authorities on economic development. Is there such an appetite in the business sector, and is the Bill the right way to engage business in those issues?
