We apprehended 28,000 clandestine entries last year. That is not visa abuse but, in layperson’s terms, people who have got in on the back of a lorry. Overall, in terms of people here illegally—I am picking this phrase very carefully—I think the hon. Gentleman knows that nobody knows. By definition, one does not know.
