It may be, but one of the amendments before us is specifically addressed in the document. The document was not publicised to any members of the Committee until after it was possible to table amendments in time for them to be debated now. I do not think that was an organisational triumph. We can deal quickly with amendment 44, which seeks to say that the activity condition can be completed at any point during an applicant’s arrival in this country or the subsequent probationary citizenship stage. On carefully reading the document, I discovered that is the Government’s thought too. I am pleased that in that detail the Minister and I are thinking along the same lines.
