The joys of devolution. Will the Minister confirm that Wales has its own autism strategy? The strategy is a good document—a good way of moving forward. It is not often that I praise the devolved Welsh Assembly Government, which is a Labour-Plaid Administration, but in this case, I think that the Welsh Assembly Government and the Welsh Assembly have already done some good work and I commend them.
