We can pursue that as we reach those clauses. Before we move on to Ofqual, I want to ask about the concern academies have over discrimination—the funding of the system now, with the LSC funding coming back to the local authorities. Learning and skills councils are worried that there will be discrimination against academies in terms of establishing sixth forms or establishing academies with sixth forms. Can you comment on that fear and assure them that there will not be that discrimination?
