Before we begin line-by-line scrutiny of the Bill, I have a few preliminary announcements. As I said this morning, Members may remove their jackets if they so desire. Could they also ensure that pagers and mobiles are off, or at least turned to silent? I should also point out, yet again, that there is a money resolution in connection with Bill, copies of which are on the Table in front of us.
