Michael Hipkins: I will follow up on the lessons to learn from previous debt sales. As the Minister said, there are significant differences between 1998-99 and now, but the continuing element is that there is an appetite in the market to buy debt of that sort, and that makes us confident that there will be a market for income-contingent student loans that will be sold this time around.
