I welcome the clause. The Minister referred to the fact that after three years there will be a review, which my party, in another place, was able to establish as a very important part of what will be a new regulatory environment. It is important to put that on the record. In particular, it is worth the Committee noting that there is not only a three-year review period, but a requirement to publish the outcome and lay it before the House. We welcome those important aspects of the Bill.
