I am grateful. Is the Minister allowing for Mr. X to give a gift of £50,000 and find himself operating this new position in relation to the Electoral Commission and for Mr. Y to give £50,000 and not be so occupied? The same amount of money is being given and there is nothing else in public that distinguishes them.
