Thank you, Sir Nicholas. If I can stick to parliamentary scrutiny for my final question, are you saying that you think you should be more responsible to the MOJ on this matter rather than the Speakers Committee? There will be concern among Members of Parliament that these new powers, which are extensive, will be adequately reviewed by Parliament on an ongoing basis. When you have made a decision that hon. Members want to question, how do you see that going through the system?
