There is indeed, Secretary of State. Given that the vast majority of alleged, or real, crimes in relation to elections occur in respect of electoral fraud—I believe that there were some 450 incidents of reported alleged crimes, of which only 40 were prosecuted in the event—why does the Bill not deal with that issue at all?
