I have a quick query on the proposal, Mr. Illsley. Has the Minister considered the use of the internet under the duty to publicise the application?

The short answer is yes. The slightly longer answer is that it will be open to the promoters to use the internet as part of their publicity channels and as a way of consulting the public and other interested parties.

Question put and agreed to.

Clause 43 ordered to stand part of the Bill.
