The answer to the first question is no. In answer to the second question, the thresholds were written into the Bill in light of recent applications. Offshore generators tend to have much larger generating capacities than onshore generators. As I understand it, the onshore provision is a transposition from the previous Bill. We have made the offshore capacity larger than the onshore capacity in light of what is currently planned.
