Have you, as an industry, assessed what was implied by one of our earlier witnesses: that if the IPC, for instance, goes ahead in the form set out in the Bill and does not allow cross-examination, there may be scope for significant civil unrest? Have you, as an industry, considered the implications of that, and what it might mean in terms of the time scales, for instance, for delivering some of your projects?
