Mr. Upton, in your opening remarks you mentioned that you thought that the IPC ought to report annually to Parliament, which is a reasonable suggestion to make. Have you any thoughts as to what mechanism ought to be pursued to achieve that? Would it be the appropriate Select Committee or some other mechanism?
