As all barristers are, I am happy to dip my toe in the water, Sir John. Mr. Cridland, I was interested to hear that you are concerned about some failures in the present system in respect of the length of time that inquiries can take. Is that influenced by things such as the terminal 5 inquiry at Heathrow, and so on?
