So, while you welcome the separation of the national policy decisions, where you can hopefully get some consensus, and parliamentary approval in the way that you have accepted, you also accept, in the case of the individual location-specific application, the need for there not to be anything that undermines the ability of interested parties to put their case? Is that right?
