The Committee has concluded its evidence-taking sessions. Now we start the clause-by-clause, line-by-line and, in some cases, word-by-word scrutiny of the Bill.
I welcome all members to this fifth sitting of the Committee. I hope you all had a restful weekend and a less troublesome return to London than I had. I do not intend to go into that now.
