On a point of order, Mr. Taylor. On my way to the Committee, I noticed that one of the lifts that serves this floor was out of order. It beggars belief that, on the second day back after a two-week recess, a lift is not working. Can you draw the matter to the attention of the appropriate authorities because it could impede the work of this and other Committees? I had to wait six minutes for the other lift. I appreciate that I could have used the stairs, but I did not expect to have to wait that long. It is something that should be looked at.
