In view of what both Opposition spokesmen have said, I would like to make it clear that when I accepted the invitation of the Government Whips to serve on the Committee, they had the full knowledge that I did not support the Bill on Second Reading. They know that I intend to vote in accordance with the merits of the arguments as I see them.
