Publication of performance information

‘(1) The regulator shall publish, at least once a year, information about the performance of registered providers.

(2) In particular, the regulator shall include information likely to be useful to—

(a) tenants,

(b) potential tenants, and

(c) local authorities.’.—[Mr. Wright.]
