As it was I who asked for the evidence base, I feel compelled to ask my hon. Friend what proportion of all requests those eight consents represent—I guess that they are a tiny number in relation to the number of permissions that were needed or asked for. Given that we are talking about a mix of residential and other permissions, what is the percentage of residential permissions, particularly for social housing purposes?
