We like a lot of what we are hearing. It sounds like good common sense to think about having a limit of £2 million or so. However, we ask that it be future-proofed, so that we do not end up with a figure that has not been uprated. Hon. Members have made similar points about regional differences, and more work probably needs to be done on that, but it sounds as though things are moving in the right direction.
