May I ask two questions? The first relates to what you have said in your memorandum: that clause 37 should be deleted. I have looked at that clause, and it basically states that if you sell a property that has had a social housing grant, the person to whom you sell it has the same obligation that you had to repay it. As far as I can see, it simply replicates what is in the 1996 Act. Why do you want it deleted?
