Stephen O'Brien (Shadow Minister, Health; Eddisbury, Conservative)

The clause will enable Northern Ireland Ministers to make use of the CQC and inspection on agreed terms, and it would be helpful for us to understand the income that the Minister envisages the CQC deriving from such arrangements. If he does not have the answer in his briefing, I am sure that the Committee will be happy to see it later.

Question put and agreed to.
