With this we may discuss the following amendments: No. 4, in clause 2, page 2, line 22, leave out “direct” and insert “advise”.
No. 5, in clause 2, page 2, line 22, at end insert
“4(A) The Commission shall not be bound by advice given under subsection (4).”.
