I should declare an interest because we sell overseas property. The Minister did not speak about the incidental element of the question. Often, the company will have a bank account in a foreign country. There may be a substantial amount of money in it because the owner will bring across money, depending on the exchange rate. That might fall foul of the incidental provision.
