I shall answer some of those points at the end. However, on the latter point, I have no problem at all with managed price rises to tackle climate change. I have said that before. It is not the managed increases to tackle a particular problem that are of concern, but price spiking, which is so serious and damaging, must be addressed, as must the excessive increases that happen quickly.
