Order. I advise the hon. Gentleman that, hopefully, we are debating the transfer of the unused nil-rate band in respect of inheritance tax. I have allowed him pretty wide discretion in dealing with inheritance tax, but the clause is fairly narrowly drawn and relates to the transfer of the unused nil-rate band.
