Schedule 3 is one of the critical measures of the Bill. It is very complex, contains lots of technical issues and is lengthy. There will be a series of debates about it and inevitably there will be some overlap between issues that arise in one debate and those that arise in another. If I may, bearing in mind your reluctance to allow a stand part debate in relation to the previous clause, Mr. Cook, perhaps I could just say this—
