I think that it is the hon. Gentleman’s party’s policy to do something about what he sees as levying a windfall tax on the profits of the existing companies. He has just stated that perhaps some of that money could be used towards helping other companies to get into the business. Would not that be a strange precedent, and is that really what he is trying to say?
