If other hon. Members are going to speak to the clause, I may have the opportunity to give the hon. Gentleman a definitive answer to that question in due course. I hope that that is acceptable to him. My instinct is that the Bill will not do so; but if my instinct is wrong, perhaps I will return to the question.
