May I begin by asking all our witnesses their views on the appropriate remit for Ofgem and whether they believe its remit and its primary duties should be changed to include a specific duty to reduce carbon emissions? I know the Sustainable Development Commission has brought forward a range of proposals on that, but do you believe it should have equal primary duties, or should one be secondary to another?
