The hon. Gentleman knows that I agree that the extension of non-molestation orders might prove an acceptable alternative to, or substitute for, the clause. Does he agree that it would be helpful if the Minister could say whether the Government even considered such a proposal before they drafted this new class of order, which seems to many of us superfluous?
