With this it will be convenient to discuss the following: Amendment No. 326, in clause 83, page 57, leave out lines 26 and 27 and insert
‘any specified members of the public in the United Kingdom’.

Amendment No. 327, in clause 86, page 59, line 35, leave out ‘the public’ and insert
‘a person or specified persons’.
