Thank you. My name is John Bercow. I am MP for Buckingham and co-Chairman of this Committee. In agreement with members of the Committee, we have decided to focus first, for up to half an hour, on matters other than pre-charge detention without trial. Thereafter, or as soon as questions on other matters have been exhausted, we will move on to the important matter of pre-charge detention without trial. Thank you for coming.
